ROSAUERS SUPERMARKETS OPENS A NEW STORE IN BOZEMAN, MT

Rosauers Supermarkets, Inc. opened a new combination Rosauers Food & Drug store and Huckleberry’s Natural Market at the intersection of West Main and Fowler Avenue, just west of Montana State University, in Bozeman, MT. The store is the anchor tenant for the new Bozeman Gateway project, a 72-acre mixed-use development that will feature Montana’s first lifestyle center. The lifestyle concept integrates retail, restaurant, residential, office and entertainment uses within a pedestrian-friendly, open-air environment, enhanced by open spaces and numerous water features.
“We’re excited about expanding our presence in Montana, and being a part of the Bozeman Gateway project,” said Jeff Philipps, President and CEO of Rosauers. “We believe the residents of Bozeman and the surrounding area will be delighted with the outstanding facility we have planned, as well as our unique offering of item selection, price, quality and service”, Philipps added.
The store, at approximately 60,000 square feet in size, carries a broad selection of grocery and specialty foods including a full assortment of natural and organic items and supplements offered under the “Huckleberry’s Natural Market” banner. In addition to the traditional mix of items, all service departments including meat, produce and deli offer extensive lines of all-natural and organic foods. Rosauers in Bozeman provides a full service meat counter, scratch bakery and a large service deli featuring a seating area and cooking school. The store also offers an extensive wine, beer and beverage department as well as name brand, private label and international products. A drive up Pharmacy and a customer service center are added conveniences.
The addition of the Bozeman store brings the total number of Rosauers company locations to 22. Rosauers Supermarkets, Inc., is headquartered in Spokane, and operates stores in Missoula, Kalispell and Libby, Montana, as well as stores in Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Rosauers is a wholly owned subsidiary of URM Stores, a wholesale cooperative located in Spokane, Washington. Mitchell Development Group of Great Falls, MT is the owner/developer of the Bozeman Gateway.
