All requests for physical presence on company property for the purpose of organizational or charitable fundraising must be submitted in writing using the approved form. Rosauers Inc. stores are private property, and as such, to the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse any request to solicit.

RULES OF CONDUCT

To provide a safe and comfortable environment for our customers, all solicitors must adhere to the following rules:

• Before setting up, solicitors must check in at the customer service center
• Solicitors must provide their own table, chairs, and other set up items
  • All signage must be approved by store management before displaying
• Solicitors must remain within 15 ft of their table, and all tables must be at least 15 ft away from any store entrance
• Solicitors must treat every customer with courtesy and respect
• Solicitation must be orderly, no playing or roughhousing, and not interfere with business operations in any way
• Solicitors must not impede the flow of traffic of any store entrance or our parking lots

Aggressive tactics by solicitors are strictly prohibited

• One warning will be issued to the solicitors
• A second reported offense will result in immediate revocation of privileges and expulsion from the property

Local Sports Teams: Must have 3+, non-related, team members present, always. No fundraising to offset personal team costs
