Arbor Crest Kick-off Party 2022

Hello friends! Thank you for helping us with this fun event, we couldn’t do it without you!

This year, our Kickoff Party will be held on Tuesday July 12 at Arbor Crest. Please see below for helpful information.

Event Location:
Arbor Crest Winery

Park in any open space, there may be attendants there to help you depending on when you pull up.

Arrival:
Please meet right outside the tasting room to sign in, have a brief meet-and-greet, go over assignments, and change into your tee-shirt (which we will provide for you!).

Dress: Please wear comfortable closed toed shoes (no sandals or flip-flops) and khaki or black bottoms of your choice – pants, golf-length shorts (no daisy dukes!), or capris. We will have tee-shirts for those who don’t already have one.

Schedule: Guests will start arriving at Arbor Crest around 5:30pm, and the event ends at 9:30pm(ish). Breaks will be given for each shift so that you are able to eat dinner (provided). We will be breaking volunteers on a staggered basis to ensure that everyone gets to enjoy the evening a little bit. If you are on clean up crew, please plan on meeting back at the tasting room at 9pm to meet your team leader so we can get a plan for quick clean-up.

Duties and Station Assignments: We will have more information and direction for you on site regarding where you will be volunteering specifically. Clean-up from 9pm – 11pm is always the hardest shift to fill. Please consider staying a little longer if you can. The more hands, the faster the process!
