-Fish Fillets in Wine Sauce-
Melt butter; stir in flour. Add soup and wine, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add Parmesan cheese and parsley. Arrange fillets in single layer in greased baking dish. Pour sauce over fish; bake at 375°, 25 minutes. Serves 2.
1 ½ lb. fish fillets (sole, cod, halibut) 3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup white table wine (or chicken stock)
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped parsley
